It won't let me sign in via the app on my phone. It works fine on my laptop. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work.

Not sure what else I can try. I would really appreciate this being resolved but currently it feels like I am being asked question after question even though all the information has been provided:
- Can not use the app on my mobile phone - Samsung S21 Ultra. It use to work and one day just stopped allowing me to log in.
- It works on my laptop and other devices
- the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled
- all app data has been deleted including Cache
- My mobile phone has the latest software and has not pending updates

It has now stopped working on any device. It will not allow me to login on any device including my laptop.

We're sorry that things have developed in to not working on the laptop now.
Are you able to log in to My VM with the same details? Can you try resetting the password via My VM and then once you've done this, try logging in to TV Go again.
