POOR SERVICE

 

Over the last few weeks each of my devices has been disconnected from tvgo and I used up my three changes per month only to have them disconnect again. Now I can't attempt to connect until 1st January 2021. WHAT A RUBBISH SERVICE!!!! When can I expect a reasonably trouble free result from this service?
