Managing your Virgin TV V6 or TiVo box using a browser - error

I've regularly used manage TIVO in TVGO via a browser. In the last f few days I've been getting oops something went wrong unknown error. I've signed in using my main account the browsers I've used are Firefox, Chrome,Edge and Internet Explorer, same result.. When i use the windows app I can't even get to the manage TIVO option. Would appreciate any ideas..v1.JPGv2.JPG

If you check Service Status, you will see this is a current issue for which you can request text updates:

thank you for your reply, when it was first happening, i did check on there, must be a big problem due to mine being like that for several weeks now. thanks again 🙂

I have recently performed a box swap and I am trying to transfer series links.

After i sign into virgin tv go in a browser I click on the manage my box link

However all i get a blank page with the address showing https://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/tivo and eventually times out.

I am aware that time is limited to transfer settings after a box swap.

Any help would be appreciated

This issue seems to be back again, phoned the help desk and they told me that their team lead said we cannot manage our tivo v6 boxes anymore via the http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/tivo/ but according to this https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-managing-your-box-using-browser we are allowed, virgin tested my equipment and said nothing is wrong, I have tried to manage my tv box in firefox, chrome, IE11 and Edge and get the same blank page
