Manage my box

When I try and manage the Tivo box I get a message

The server at manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com is taking too long to respond.

All other sites seem OK, including the Virgin ones, is this my connection wrong or is something at Virgin broken? (Incidently if I try and raise an online complaint I can't because you need to select from a drop down what your complaint is about but the drop down box doesn't work) - I suspect Virgin.

Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been away. Its this part of the home page that doesn't work. I want to clear saved things from the Tivo. Thanks. So on the home page here https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html under My Saved Content there is an option ro "Manage my box" that doesn't!.

Same with me too.  It’s the “manage my box” and “manage sky parental settings” not responding. 

It times out after a couple of minutes. 

Any ideas?

I’ve managed to find a workaround. The links work ok with a Windows 10 PC running the Edge browser. 

The problems seems to be when accessing the links with an iPad on Safari. Looks like a coding problem with iOS. 

One for the VM developers to look at.
