Laptop automatically connecting to incorrect Virgin media Skysports account

Hi,

On my laptop, I have two Virgin Media accounts. One for my Father (92) and one for myself, as I help manage his.

My dad has Sky Sports so we can watch that on the laptop as an authorised device. Had no problem doing this.

For some reason, when I now select Virgin Media logon through the Sky Sports browser, it automatically logs onto my account and then tells me I have no subscription. I am not being given the chance to type in account details i,e my dads

I am using Google Chrome. Any ideas how I stop this happening please?

Thanks

Are you saying there is cookie that is set to keep me logged in - perhaps you just need to Log out of your account to break that behaviour.

Or is it that the Chrome browser has stored the credentials for your account and is populating the logon dialogue.

Hi @wendy6002

When you go to the Sky Sports site and click on sign in, after clicking on the Virgin TV UK icon, you should see the login screen pictured below.

On my PC it's is pre-populated with my email address.

Below that is another link "Use another email". Click on that link and enter your details
