GO device registration

Same problem as recent posts.One Pc used for years.Old problem re closing and device recognition resurfaced after an automatic up date of microsoft edge.

In trying to solve  cach problem my Device allocation has expired.Need a reset to attempt to resolve issue please

Hi ginola26,

I'm just writing publicly to update the thread with the progress made.

All devices should now be reset meaning you can now register the wanted devices!

If you do have anymore queries then be sure to pop back up to the team so we can investigate.
