Empty folders on Virgin TV Go

Hi

Virgin TV Go is now littered with empty folders, some of which are for channels or services that closed down long ago, and others that no longer have content added to them...

Some folders are named incorrectly, for example:

- Watch should be W
- Reality should be CBS Reality
- ITV Hub should be ITV Catch-up

Any updates on this?

Virgin TV Go is still full of redundant folders.

There are now three folders for ITV content, one titled ITV Catch-up (the active one)and another titled ITV OTT, plus a redundant folder for ITV Collections.

Folders for since closed services include ZooMoo and Smithsonian.

The two folders for Virgin Media Store are are incorrectly labelled as VM Store UK and Virgin Movies.

There's a redundant folder for UKTV Play, as each channel has its own individual folder instead.

Thank you for reaching back out, nothing has come back at all so far sorry, have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it along with all the current folders, also clear all cookies?
