Please can somebody help, they say I have 5 devices set up but 4 of them are the same device and cannot be changed for 9 days

In this situation we would need to reset the device change allowance for you by passing security on the account.

Just to update the thread, the TV GO devices have been reset.
Please if you clear cache/cookies, keep the Virgin TV GO ones as this apparently causes the multiple registrations to happen
