Cannot record via to go app

Hi

trying to use the TV Go app to set a recording. When I select the programme from the guide I see a message stating that it is blocked on this device due to copyright. 
I’m not trying to watch it on this device, I just want to set it to record. 
grateful for any advice. Thanks.

Hi again @Wannapintobeer 

I went into the TVGO app, typed taskmaster into the searchbar.

It lists 6 episodes on CH4 and I was able to set up a recording for the next episode on Thursday 12th May

Hi

no, I’m not using VPN. 

On the app, I went to Live TV, Guide, selected the programme and that’s when I saw the copyright message and no record option. 
I was able to set other programmes to record using this method. 
I had the issue with Taskmaster on C4.

I do find it a bit strange that I could not set it to record from the to guide though.
