Has this issue been resolved as I've had the same issue for over a year now and really not happy I'm not getting what I pay for. Cannot play Netflix either. Last time I queried this I was told my tv was not compatible.

I am so sorry that you have been experiencing this issue. Can I ask what happens when you try to use On Demand? &AC
