Cannot play Eurosport live on virgin tv go

I have a MacBook Air 2020 and subscribe to Eurosport as part of my Virgin TV package

when I came to watch it today on my MacBook Air using virgin tv go it takes me to the channels but will not play live coverage - the screen is frozen on both channels

This isn't helpful but I have a Microsoft Surface device and the Eurosport Channels on TV Go work fine so at least you know it's not a wider issue

Sorry to hear about your issue with Eurosport live via TV GO. If you can please let us know about the following extra bits of information that may help us isolate and troubleshoot the issue;

- Have you tried turning the device off and back on again?

-Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app?

-When the issue happened were you connected to your Home broadband Wi-Fi network?

-Are you having the issue on any other devices? 

-Are you having issues with any other channels or services via TV Go or is the problem isolated to Eurosport live?
