I get the following error message when I try to log in to TV on th Go:
Username or password incorrect. Please retry and click the box below to prove you are not a robot.
Username and passwords are correct as I can connect to My Virgin Media without any issues.
I tried to reset the password but same issue.

When you are trying to sign in what is it you are signing into, are you using the same log ins you use for your Online Account?
