BT sport not working

So, want to watch West Ham on BT Sport 1 but all I get is a black screen? Other channels seem OK like Sky Sports News and the same laptop hasn't had this issue before?

All 4 BT Sport channels showed the same issue but about 5 minutes ago some started working then stopped?

So what's the problem?

Same for me, every other channel seems fine apart from bt sport 1 and 2, fine on TV but not on virgin go

Same for me, using TV Go on desktop computer - I have every other channel (ie not just sport but everything) working fine-  except BT Sport 1, 2 and 4. BT Sport 3 is fine. BT Sport 1,2 and 4 just have black screens.

Seems BT Sport 3 & 4 are now working just not 1 & 2?

I can only get BT Sport 3, not 1,2 or 4 on my computer. Very annoying - I want to watch West Ham!

Same happening for me everything ok including BT3 apart from BT 1,2 & 4 very frustrating!

I’m getting the same.  In Ipswich.  I thought it was the tablet at first but it’s same on an iPhone so not the device.  Missing West Ham match as a result.

Edit - works okay on TV360 but not the app.

I’ve had to persuade the Mrs to let me watch the game on main TV so she’s now missing Masterchef 🤬
