As the sports channels to watch the football last night were not fit for purpose, will VM offer compensation for a very frustrated TV GO audience ?

All i can recommend is to log out and then if you are using browser, clear cookies and log in again. If you are using the app uninstall and reinstall.
But no guarantees all in the hands of VM.
This is ridiculous.
Pay for this service and can not use it.

Yes still not showing in channel list on the tv app and when I click the Chanel on the remote app it says upgrade
I do apologise that you're still having issues using certain channels on TV Go.
Have you tried @arrgee1991 's suggestion above? Logging out and in or uninstalling and reinstalling the app would usually refresh everything and resolve the issue as it's been fixed at our end.
If this is no good, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
Could you also confirm whether this is happening on multiple devices or just the one?
Still not showing on my app and reinstalled and logged back in. Was expecting to watch this away from home. When will it be fixed and will I get a refund for not receiving a service I have paid for.
