All of BT Sport channels have disappeared from my TV Go app since contract change

Recently changed the package signed up to but now although we can still watch BT Sport channels on TV they no longer appear in the TV Go app either on phone or on PC using the Live channels.
Channels do not appear under settings > my channels

Sorry for the late response to this. I have spoken to Virgin over a separate issue yesterday (landline switch to fibre botched) and I mentioned that recently the BT Sport had dropped off our TVGO app. They took a look at the account and said yes you should still have the same package of channels but that something they had to do at their end would take 24 hours to resolve. I tried it this morning and it now works. Basically I think they messed something up when I changed the monthly price recently although keeping all the same channels.
