I like to watch Sky Sports on my PC when working. Today when i tried to start watching the cricket, after loading up skysports.com/watch and selecting Log In, i instantly get greeted with the below error
I have been discussing the issue with @skyhelpteam on Twitter and theyve essentially told me to bring it up with Virgin Media. I can get to that page perfectly fine using my Mobile Data on my mobile which makes me think its something to do with my IP Address. I have been on https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/ and i get The IP Address XX.XXX.XX.XXX did not receive a bad risk score.
Is there someone from Virgin who can help with speaking to their Sky contacts about this? Im not sure what else to try or how to escalate this with Sky (as im not a customer of theirs).
