websafe page unable to load

When I attempt to change my websafe settings, the following message comes up. This has been the case for a few weeks and I have been unable to access websafe settings. I have tried incognito, resetting cache, and downloading a vpn - all have failed. Please help! 🙂

Re: websafe page unable to load

Hello @roellipea,

Welcome, thanks for posting.

I am sorry to see that you have an issue with changing your Web safe settings.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Also can you tell me if this is still happening?

Many thanks,

Hayley

Re: websafe page unable to load

Hi @roellipea,

Thank you for coming back to us. I'm very sorry to hear that you're still having issues with amending your Web Safe settings and that clearing cache and cookies did not resolve the issue.

Have you tried to access that web page from a different device to see if this can help?

Please keep us updated on how you get on.

Thank you.
