Websafe won't switch on

When I switch on web safe on my virgin account the toggle flips back with a message saying 'settings not changed, try again later' I get the same message each time I try.

Does the problem persists:

  • when using your browser's Incognito / Private window?
  • when using an alternative browser?

By default Web Safe blocks access to VPN sites,  i.e. Are you able to successfully visit the site?
