When I switch on web safe on my virgin account the toggle flips back with a message saying 'settings not changed, try again later' I get the same message each time I try.

Does the problem persists:
By default Web Safe blocks access to VPN sites, i.e. https://protonvpn.com. Are you able to successfully visit the site?
