Websafe isn’t working again.

when adding or removing a website it says changed can’t be saved. I think this started when we moved to fibre but can’t be sure, it’s definitely been at least a week.

any idea how long this is going to be please?

How much longer is this going to take

Folks have been regularly reporting Child Safe issue for getting on for a year.

ETA for a fix = How long is a bit of string ?

If only VM would let users change their own DNS, a lot of this would go away .....

Does any ISP supplied Router / Hub offer that option ?

Prior to VM we always bought a full retail ADSL/VDSL Router so did not face this situation.

That's a good question, and I don't know the answer.  I've always used my own Router, however I do like the OpenReach approach with the ONT.  At least you can connect any ethernet port based Router (well okay, depending on the ISP, but most allow this.)
