Hi all,
I am desperately trying to block youtube as it is a nightmare keeping my daughter off it, after reading the comments on the boards about virgin being 'unabke' to block or remove this app I found advice saying to log into my router settings and block it from there...hooray....
However, I got logged in, accidentally knocked my phone, lost the logged in oagw and now I can't log back in because someone 'is logged in' and I can't log out either aaaargh, so close!!
Any advice on either of these raised issues?
Thank you 😁

Well firstly if you turn the hub off and on again, that should fix the ‘someone is already logged in’ issue. However even if you do log back in, I promise you that you won’t find any means of blocking Youtube, or indeed any thing else. The VM hub just isn’t that sophisticated.

You're absolutely right, I managed to get on but there is absolutely nothing to block or even control anything, absolutely absurd!!

As has been said many times. ISPs consider their priority to be connectivity & speed, so the “router” part of the kit ends up cheap & basic. If you want more functionality you have to get your own router & put VMs hub into modem mode.
