Can someone please explain why I can not order a stream box without my monthly bill going up by £19.
I have put an email to the executive office but in the meantime any ideas why this has happened, I want the stream box to watch live TV

Just to keep everyone updated. Everything set up relatively easy. Picture quality good. Just one confusing thing is that I keep getting messages asking to install my new hub. I have not had a new hub so that's a bit strange. Unless they are sending me a Hub 5 without telling me 😁
