I am also getting the same issue here, was told by a engineer that it has been fixed but still have the issue on my Stream box and on the Virgin Go app

Can you please expand on the issue that you're experiencing with Channel 4 on the Stream Box and Virgin TV Go?

Do you perhaps have any images to share, or maybe any error codes that you can advise us?

this is a picture from the Virgin Go app on 4 HD where I get a image for a few seconds then I get ether a frozen picture or a black image as you see below.

On channel 4 HD ‘channel 8’ I see a image for a few minutes then I get this, I might pop back on but then it will go back to this screen

Thanks for coming back to us with a screenshots. We're sorry to hear this issue is continuing. 

Do you find this issue happening with any other channel or is it only Channel 4? 

Running through diagnostics here, all is looking good as far as we can tell so we may need to dive a little further with this. 🧐

it’s only happening on Channel 4 HD every other channel on the Stream box work perfectly.

HI crazydave85, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that. Can confirm if this is happening both on the set top box and the catch-up/ TV go service? ^Chris. 

Hi yes this is happening on my stream box and also my Virgin Go app on my iPhone,

I have attached a link to a video of the error happening on my Microsoft OneDrive so you can see the error happening.

Please get this fixed or I’ll just send the Stream Box back and go to Sky Stream.

Do you have any other set top boxes in the property experiencing this issue with Channel 4 or just this box?
