Can you please expand on the issue that you're experiencing with Channel 4 on the Stream Box and Virgin TV Go?
Do you perhaps have any images to share, or maybe any error codes that you can advise us?
this is a picture from the Virgin Go app on 4 HD where I get a image for a few seconds then I get ether a frozen picture or a black image as you see below.
On channel 4 HD ‘channel 8’ I see a image for a few minutes then I get this, I might pop back on but then it will go back to this screen

Do you find this issue happening with any other channel or is it only Channel 4?
Running through diagnostics here, all is looking good as far as we can tell so we may need to dive a little further with this. 🧐
