total loss of broadband AGAIN , and AGAIN 4th month now

Hi all again.
what is up with virgin media in croydon area, my broadband has been terrible for the whole of 2023 so far , with lots of dropouts , stalling conection, etc etc. here is my latest BQM . i canot see how this will ever be fixed !!

My BQM is the same, seems to be UK wide. So hopefully gets sorted soon.

tried calling virginmedia 150 from my landline , but get "All lines are busy, try again later and goodbye" wth is going on VIRGINMEDIA ? no way of talking to anyone about this issue!!

We are getting much better results using a Public DNS than by using VM Residential DNS that are often timing out.

150 and the 0800 status lines give me unrecognized number .... now
