I’m having trouble with my WiFi. I usually get 200+ Mbps but lately it’s been randomly dropping to under 20 Mbps and then will go back up again. I did run the diagnostics when I logged into the router settings and it said WiFi error. let me know if you need a screenshot of the power levels.
Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs.
It could be a hardware fault. Are your wired devices working correctly?
My apologies for the delayed reply and also the WiFi issues.
I've had a check here and no issues are showing with all the levels are in spec. I have checked further therefore and there are some devices showing connected to WiFi that are showing as too close to the hub. This could be causing an issue with the bandwidth. Could you check for us and if you spot them, maybe either move them further away from the hub or connect them via Ethernet?
