WiFi Pod needed + other issues

Hello,

Please can an WiFi Pod be ordered for me please?

I contacted support and was told an order was placed and I would receive a text message within 4 hours, but I haven't heard anything and there is no order in my account.

Also, I appear to be having issues:

 

"Looks like there’s an intermittent signal issue in your area"

The Virgin Media Connect app cannot find my router either.

 

Please can you look into the three above things, thank you in advance.

Hello - please can you place an order for a WiFi pod - thank you.

Hey vbcustomer, thank you for reaching out and of course I can guide you to the right place.

Since WIFI max has been introduced the best way to get a pod is by following these steps;

The best way to get a pod order is download the Virgin Connect app, from here do a scan.

If the scan picks up that you need a pod it will allow you to order some.

However they can be chargeable depending what package you on.

They are free on Volt, 1GB or Oomph bundles.

Thank you for joining me in a private chat and for clearing security, glad to hear you have now received the Pod which was originally sent and that this has made a difference, as you are in a big property and still have some black spots the second Pod will arrive as advised, once set up with you still have uncovered areas then we can order 1 more, please let us know how you get on.
