Was upgraded to M200 yesterday, still on M100 - When will it happen?

Hi,

We were upgraded to M200 about 24 hours ago, the agent told me that the speed increase would happen within one hour, that has not happened.

How long will it take for Virgin Media to increase the speed to the new package 

We have gone from M100 to M200, the modem config shows the old config for M100 still.

Okay, I just fixed it.
I did the Broadband Checker here: https://care.virginmedia.com/care/check-services
Then the modem restarted and I know have M200!
Wish they had told me that before 😄
