Today I have been getting very low upload speeds, below 0.2mbps. the download speeds seem fine, but the upload is dire and causing issues with web browsing etc.
There are no problems in the area according to the status page.

This speed was from a Wi-Fi device, but I'm getting similar upload speeds on a wired device so it's not the Wi-Fi signal.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your connection at the moment.
I have been able to locate your account via your community profile and can see that there is an issue with the signal levels on the downstream channels to your hub on our live systems.
