Since installation 2 days ago I have been unable to achieve more than 94Mb d/l on a laptop with a short, direct connection to the hub via a short CAT6 cable. Wi-FI speeds also well down on what was previously achieved with previous ISP. Phoned help line which proved to be no help at all. Rebooted router many times.
With the test device connected to the Hub with the ethernet cable can you Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what does it report the 'connection speed’ as for the cable connected device you used for the speed test ?
