Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm terribly sorry to see you've been having service issues with the broadband services.
I've been able to look into the stats of the hub, and everything appears to be within spec. In addition, there appears to be no timeouts on the equipment
Our systems are showing a possible Wi-Fi fault, can you tell me if you have slow speeds over a wired connection? Can you also tell me if your speed issues occur in the same room as the hub?
It would also be handy to know if the Wi-Fi extended can be temporarily removed to see of this improves the service at all?
