All sorted, had an engineer out today, turns out there was network issues but also had some stuff here to sort as well.
Can't praise the engineer, Paul, enough, checked everything, very friendly and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.
Thanks also to the people here who offered advice and to Melissa for sorting the engineer visit.
