I've had a solid red light on my hub now for 4 days , I've checked service status and nothing in my area,lve also gone throught the suggested switch off / switch on , unplug /plug in I've tried everything except a sledge hammer but still solid red button please help.

What Hub model is it? Is it in normal router mode - or have you put it into modem only mode ? Can you post up a photo?

I can't post picture a file exceeds maximum file size but it's the slim rectangular stand on its end type.
