Slow speed

Hello so recently set up the new 1gig from virgin with new hub that looks like the Xbox x and for last few days I have been getting around 50 to 60mbps not the 6 to 700 8 was first getting I have done everything from resets to complete factory change virgin don't seem to help at all anyone else have any tips or is it a new hub?

Been with virgin for a month now and over this time the speeds have gone from around 220 to 230 now on average only getting 16 to 19.

I signed up to the M350 package.

Can anyone help or suggest anything that will help.

Very sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

Are you still having issues with the speed at the moment? Is this on both a Wi-Fi and wired connection?
