please can a virgin member of staff investigate this issue I am experiencing.
I’ve recently signed up to 100 meg broadband and had a new cable installed last Thursday by one of your engineers.
Unfortunately my WiFi speed is only reaching 2 meg. I have tried plugging an Ethernet cable in and at first that didn’t make a difference but when I switched it to modem mode the speed shot up to around about 100 meg. I have tried reverting back to wifi and selecting different channels but it’s not getting past 2 meg.
Please can you send an engineer over again to check if there is a fault with the router or send me a replacement router to try.
the router is only 2 meters away from where I sit so wifi really shouldn’t be a problem. There was no issues with the previous ISP routers wifi.
So this is the third thread you have created on the same issue!

Thanks for getting back to us so quickly, and for running a speed test using a wired connection.
I've been able to locate your account using your Forum Details, and our diagnostic system has advised that your WiFi issues could be due to a device being too close to your Hub. The device seems to be a Roku Streaming Stick, and is taking up quite a lot of bandwidth on your network. Would you be able to move this at all, and then let us know if the WiFi speeds improve?
