Red light on front of hub 3

I contact customer service about this problem they went through everything rebooted and  said it should be OK after a day 3 days later still red light and can't get through on the phone my speed has never been above 300 sins I upgraded to m500

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your hub. 

 

As above, please can you let us know if you are still experiencing the red light on the hub?  please could you also let us know if the hub is in router mode or modem mode.
