Re: Poor Internet Speeds

Your >> BQM << needs to run for 24 hours or so but my first impression is that you are suffering from a utilisation problem

Re: Poor Internet Speeds

It has been a couple of days since I shared our BQM and stats. We're still suffering from slow internet speed so would someone be able to look into this please, or at least explain what the issue might be? Many thanks.

Re: Poor Internet Speeds

Your Hub data looks OK.

Your BQM however is a mess and I think you have utilisation issues.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
