I've raised it under reference F008313528 with the networks team who'll look into this now.
Thanks it really has became unusable these last few days, taking minutes to load a simple webpage.
Any chance of this being fixed any time soon? honestly? you just took a payment from me for a 350mb contract and i am getting 10mb maximum
Hi burckett, My apologies again for the lower than expected speeds. It is with the networks team as previously advised with that fault number in my last reply. The estimated fix date for this is the 19th August 2020.
