Packet loss problems

I've been running a BQM it seems almost every other day our internet is having packet loss problems.

They don't seem very big on here but they make playing games impossible and discord shows package loss between 40-70%. A family member needs the internet to be stable since he plays professional R6

Todays packet loss was happening from around 10pm and still ongoing while I write this at 12pm but the BQM chart doesn't seem to pick it up.
