Paying 47 a month just for internet 200meg and playing fifa 20 is just impossible ,so much lag,on a wired connection tried speedtest within 10 minutes speed reported at 6.7meg then 134meg then 162meg ,up and down all the time,its a joke making online gaming a real pain,is this normal for the hub3?
Note: If you have enabled Modem Mode on your Hub 3.0 you will need to use 192.168.100.1 instead.
Do not login but click on where it says "Check Router Stats" and then copy and post from the following 4 tabs, Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network logs and we can check your power level, also while you about that can you please go around and check that all connectors to VM equipment are hand tight. Also while doing this please check for any damage to cable, or un-terminated connection without either coax or a terminator.

The best way to game on VM is with the SH3 in modem mode, and your own router.
-- Red (VM SH2 AC Beta tester) Running on 350Mb VM service with SH3 in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-AC5300 router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech. My advice is at your own risk.
