Subject says it all, I am on 200mb and in the morning when I get up I do a speed test and get close to if not 200mb, in the evenings I am lucky to get 15mb. I have done speed tests on Wifi and Ethernet and get the same results, can anyone help with some advice on what to do before I leave and go elsewhere for my internet. Getting the exact same issue, strangely enough this issue was only present when I downgraded to vivid 200... Virgin once again faill to deliver even remotely the speed they advertise, unless you pay for the top tier.
I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your broadband services. As it has been a few days since you've posted on our forums about this I just wanted to double check if you are still experiencing these issues.
