Need help but call center closed.

My broadband is supposed to be 200mbs but all I get is 50mbs. It's been like this for a few weeks. Last time I spoke to an agent a week ago they said it had been fixed but it is still at 50mbs.

I have hub 3.0.

I tested the speed from a pc connected via ethernet cable.

The hub is is modem mode.

hi

have you tried doing a pin reset (60 seconds) and using the original username and password, and then run a speed test??

Re: Need help but call center closed.

It's a quarter of what I'm paying for so hopefully Virgin will have the decency to refund me a quarter of my monthly charge.

Thanks for the text no. I'll give it a try.

Re: Need help but call center closed.

Yes lots of devices WiFi and ethernet.

I used ovh.net, speedtest.net, broadband speed checker. All similar results.

When I rang the help line the recorded message said the call center was closed. And referee me to virgin site for self help which is no help for my problemlem.
