Modem mode / hub4 and USG Pro 4...slow speeds

Tuning in

About half of what I'm paying for (1gig). No ids/ips turned on, no qos. Measuring from the Pro 4 directly shows 500/50. Support have no idea, just go through the script.

Can someone please either turn up the speed (Pro 4 can handle gig connections) and/or reduce my bill to the 500/50 service I had before...

Can you test directly to the hub to rule out your pro 4 being the issue

You mean 500/36.

Aye, cheers.

It seems like I'll have to try this, will report back thanks.

My PLC Power (dBmV) reports a -ve number, just looking into the hub config - that sound right?

And no upstream 3.1? Is that supposed to be the case?

You don't get 3.1 upstream. Your image shows the correct number of channels.

Power levels on downstream should be between -6 and +10, 0 being optimal.

Power levels on upstream should be around 32 to 48ish.

Thanks, thats helpful.

QAM on downstream should be 256 for 3.0 channels, 2048 or 4096 for 3.1 channel depending on noise levels.

QAM on upstream should be 64.
