Just spoke to the tech team and they've done a remote connection to the Hub3, pushed a software change and I've seen a speed increase to 348mbps on wifi direct through the VM wifi channel
Hub3 is in Modem & Router mode, R8000 is in Access Point mode and I'm leaving it like that for 3 days whilst they monitor the HUb3 box. If it doesn't improve/gets worse, there is the offer of a new box on the table.
I'll post the stats of the box for records now as well.
