Upgraded from 100 to 200 a few days back, Ive had the confirmation emaisl today saying, Thats it. All done! Enjoy!
I login to the VM portal and it shows the 200 package.
Guess I need to phone support?
Im guessing its not taking a new config.. (or even been properly upgraded?)
The modem is a HUB3.0 VMDG505
Just phone in and tell them that your speed upgrade hasn't worked. they should be able to sort it within minutes.
If you get the runaround speak to retentions, they seem to have the power of God over other departments.
I was going to do it in the morning.
Weirdly (I say weirdly.. I suspect a script runs) , At dead on midnight. Boom. Modem reset. 5 mins later.. 210mb/sec working.
Saves me phoning them 🙂
