I’ve had slow broadband since joining under the ‘300’ plan a couple of months ago. I’ve used the technical support within the app several times.
the internet is very rarely above 30mbps and usually during the day it hovers around 7, dropping to less than one at key times
ive never managed to get through to customer services.
my question is- is this a blip that will be fixed eventually or is it what I can expect long term from the service? I would feel much better if I just knew why it was so slow right now
This has caused me some quite serious problems at work and I can’t deal with it much longer
