Terrible connection. Down power levels are way too high and lots of PostRS and T3 errors and an awful bqm !

I will ask VM to come here and take a look.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I was able to locate your account and run some further checks for you. I can see that your power levels are not looking great. Both your upstream and downstream connections are showing issues.
