Intermittent dropouts

I stream and have had to stop due to the upload taking a nosedive these last few days.

I have the superhub 3 in modem mode and use a powerline mesh system. Zero problems up until the last few days.

I've set up a BQM. In the meantime here are my router stats for upload and download. 

Hope I'm doping this right...

I'm on the 500mb package.

Speed isn't the issue, I get around 150mb down and the full 35 up wired directly to my powerline mesh hub. Happy with that. 

Problem is that it drops off significantly, both up and down, to the point of being unusable. Then comes back. 

Also having a problem with the TV box trying to connect to the second one upstairs, recorded programmes pausing, going out of sync.So I know it's not restricted to the one mesh node. I even prioritised the main PC in the mesh software. Made no difference.

Here's my BQM for the last 24hrs. No idea if I set it up correctly. Seems ok?

Speeds aren't an issue. 

I'm concerned with the sudden drops. 

I tried to upload an image of my BQM but the forum won't accept any URL uploads, saying pls input a complete URL. I also tried uploading a saved image from my PC but the post was removed.

I'll just cancel Virgin.

Thanks for posting. I am sorry for the drop out issues you've had. I've ran a background check here and no issues are showing.

 

When the connection drops, do all devices lose connection at the same time?
