See this re speed tests...

If you think that you have a BB speed problem, then to check the speeds coming in to your Hub properly, and whether they match what you should be getting, you cannot rely on wifi tests, - no BB supplier guarantees those - only speeds "TO" the Hub are guaranteed.
So, can you test speeds directly like this. If you expect >100Mbps then connect a 1GB enabled computer/laptop, with up to date drivers, via a NEW and working Cat5e/6a ethernet cable, (old cables can and do fail resulting in a drop to 10/100)

Connect directly to the Hub which you have put into “modem mode” (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-hub-modem-mode ). This ensures that NO other devices are connected

Test speeds at https://speedtest.samknows.com/ - try on 2 different browsers.

If they are still low – boot your device into Windows safe+networking mode - to disable any potentially interfering software - and try again.

There are many posts on here (I have a list of ~30!) where QoS software, unknown/flaky software, old network card drivers, corrupted browsers, bad cables or other connected devices are limiting speeds on tests.

Report back what that gets.

Of course I am NOT on WiFi!!!

I am connected by quality cable through a netgear 1gb switch, and my connection is ***identical** to that I had months ago after I had tested it when connecting the virgin TV 360 box...

In case my netgear is faulty, I replace it with a thru connector... and now it is slower!! please check results.. BUT then again, its 4pm, so that would be the reason..

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/1651762801630024855lease can you get someone to check my config details that I posted??

Your BQM link is a 404 error.

Your Config file shows it has gone through and you are indeed on the 350 package.

Here are some reasons I suggested testing it exactly as above - as others have reported slow speeds - often related to the software on the PC/Laptop - ..... have a quick look through these and see if anything strikes a chord.

Hi @comnut

I have had a quick look into this and cannot see any issues on our side, all power and signal levels are looking fine. How has the connection been over the weekend?

it has always been fine, getting 378.7 Mbps..
http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/70900573

just a simple, simple basic issue (forgotten what router lights mean) that no-one seems to know about!!!

Hi comnut,

I'm sorry for any confusion.

Can you please clarify what it is you need help with, as your recent speed test does show the correct speeds.
