Hi I have a hub 3.. with very slow speeds am on 350mbps but I get 6mbps. The engineer came checked and everything was ok, but downstream levels only showing 419Mhz, losing the rest of the Downstream channels and also the upstream is showing only 1 channel instead of 4. The hub has been changed but same issue remains. VM IT was supposed to look into it but they saying everything is okay, but nothing is. Is there anyway I could get this looked at? HUB3 SERIAL NUMBER - 400D1092E8E3.
