So after a flurry of initial activity i've now got radio silence.
I Called support...
Can i book an engineer? Engineer booked and then cancelled via txt as they were investigating a fault in my area. Another txt to tell me it was solved but guess what? It wasn't. Engineer still cancelled.
Can you re-enable my old modem?
It may take a while to re-activate but sure.... 24hrs later its still blocked "Access Denied"
Have things improved... No.
Latest BQM - I'm not sure how relevant these things are but it looks excessively busy for what should be a fairly static service.
