When you're experiencing poor speeds, go back into the hub's status data that you originally posted, and have a look at the Downstream table. In the first table, are there any frequencies (second column) around 440000000 to 446000000 Hz? And if there are, when you look at the second table (scroll down) for those same channel numbers (first column in both tables) are there still post-RS errors reported?
